Becoming a member is simple. Suaimhneas prides itself on a quick acceptance and entry into the Clubhouse. If you or someone that you know might be interested in joining, why not drop in any week day at 11.00 for a tour.
We also give tours to members of the community, medical professionals, businesses and others who wish to know more about Suaimhneas Clubhouse and the service that we offer to individuals who experience mental health difficulties. Your guide will show you what we do and explain how Suaimhneas Clubhouse operates.
If you would like to arrange an alternative time please telephone us at 01 847 99 11.
If you like what you see and decide to become a member you'll need to get your completed application form back to us and we will arrange an orientation.
Orientation is an information packed programme designed to introduce new members' to life in Suaimhneas Clubhouse. Participants will become acquainted with the layout of Suaimhneas, meet members and staff and hear about our social, employment and education programmes as well as getting practical information about how Suaimhneas Clubhouse operates on a daily basis.
Attendance in Suaimhneas is voluntary however we strongly encourage new members to spend as much time as possible with us during their first week.
Experience has shown us that members who participate in the orientation programme have an easier and more successful transition into their new Clubhouse environment.
